These menus let you perform processing on vector image files. The options are:

Smooth vectors: This menu lets you smooth the outlines of objects in a vector file.
Make convex hulls: This menu lets you replace each object in a vector image with its convex hull. The convex hull of an object is the smallest possible convex outline that encloses all vertices of the object.
