This menu lets you convert Targa files into IcoMetrics images. The conversion menu works as follows:

  1. You enter the name of the Targa file in the Input Targa file menu field. The expected file extensions if .tga.
  2. You enter a name for the output image (if different from the input file name) in the Image file name menu field. This is the file you will be creating.
  3. You click on IMPORT TARGA FILE.

You can look at a Targa image (without importing it) by entering its name as above, and clicking on PREVIEW TARGA FILE. The system will set the size of the displayed image so that one image pixel corresponds to one pixel on the workstation screen.

You can preview several Targa images at once, and you can make blowups or delete them in the usual way.
