save recall analysis menu

This menu is for saving to disk and recalling from disk analysis files, which contain sets of constraints and highlights. By saving an analysis file, and recalling it on another image, you can apply exactly the same set of constraints and highlights to the new image that you applied to the original one. This saves you the trouble of creating all the graphs and indicating all the constraints and highlights. The procedure works as follows:

  1. Enter the name of the analysis file in the Analysis file menu field.
  2. If you want to save an analysis, click on SAVE ANALYSIS FILE. The system will save your analysis to disk.
  3. If you want to recall an analysis, click on RECALL ANALYSIS FILE. The system will create all the saved constraint and highlight graphs, and (if you had objects displayed when you saved the analysis) display all the highlighted objects.

After you recall an analysis, you are free to remove/restore objects or modify the graphs in any way you like.
