image periodizing menu

This menu lets you alter the periodicity of raster images. It is intended to help you in situations where you have image data, but don't know the dimensions of the image (in pixels). It works as follows:

  1. Select an image by clicking on the B&W, Color, Screen, or Bitmap menu field.
  2. Click on DISPLAY to view the image as it currently stands.
  3. Change the width of the image by entering a new number in the Columns field, or adjust the width one pixel at a time by clicking on INCREASE COLUMNS, or DECREASE COLUMNS.

If you are satisfied with the image and want to save it to disk, click on UPDATE IMAGE FILE WITH NEW SIZE. The new image will replace the original one.
